Our latest release cask aged Hearts Afire Gin. Matured in re-coopered Australian red wine barrels to form this unique expression of our award winning gin. The texture and ,mouth of this distillers cut gin is full on the Latest release bringing the full smokiness from the recharged barrels along with the fullness of warming notes of vanilla, cloves and sweet spice and a beautiful peppery length on the finish.

Serve on ice for a gentle sipping experience. Most delicious in an Old Fashion or try it in your favourite cocktail.
