This bold fruit infused gin is inspired by memories of the classic summer time desert, the mighty pav, covered in cream and dripping with juicy, sweet, zesty passionfruit. Fruity and fun, just like a pavlova but with the advantage of gin!

Tasting Notes

Bright and fruity, bursting with fresh passionfruit flavour. Beautiful floral passionfruit and juniper nose. A gentle fruit sweetness in the gin is elevated with zesty fresh passionfruit and lime, with the velvety texture of distilled cream. Reminiscent of a tropical pavlova.

Serving

Makes the most delicious tropical G&T when paired with your favourite tonic and a wedge of lime.

Brogan’s Way go to suggestion is 30ml Pashlova gin, 90ml Long Rays Pacific Tonic, lots of ice and a wedge of lime. It is also delicious with soda water, lime and mint!
