A special release gin exclusively for Trinity Grammar School in support of fund raising for the Cowey Rowing Club. This classic dry gin is a special edition gin made available to club members only. A contribution of $24 for every bottle sold will be paid directly to the club 2024 fund raising account.

Tasting Notes

A classic dry gin rich in juniper and citrus notes balanced against  earthy tones of Angelica root, sweet warming spice of cassia bark, pepper berry and black pepper. There are faint fragrant notes of orris root on the nose. This is a classic balanced dry gin that is very versatile and will drink well in just about any gin cocktail. From a go to, tall G&T at the end of the day, to a classic negroni or even a martini. A very drinkable gin.
